Reservations
A few terms to know before you book. Pricing is set per stay — message us for a quote based on your dates and party size.
Stay & check-in
- Minimum 3-night stay.
- Check-in 1–3 PM Central Time.
- Check-out 8–11 AM Central Time.
Payment
- Cash, credit, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo accepted (small transaction fee may apply on non-cash).
- Stays under 30 days are paid in full prior to or upon arrival.
- Stays of 30+ days: first 30 days due on arrival, then at the start of each renewal period.
- Multi-month rentals available — message us to discuss rates.
Refundable deposit (hold on credit card or cash)
- Stays under 7 days: $200 USD
- Stays 8–14 days: $350 USD
- Stays 15–30 days: $500 USD
- Stays over 30 days: equal to the monthly rate
Cancellation
- Cancellations less than 72 hours before the stay forfeit the deposit.
- Reserving guest must be 18+ with government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's license).
Pets
- $100 USD non-refundable fee per pet, regardless of length of stay.
- Maximum 2 small pets (≤ 25 lbs).
- Stays longer than 7 days: additional $5 per day per pet.
Cleaning
- Stays over a week: optional weekly cleaning (towels and linens) for $30 USD per week.
- Property should be left clean — otherwise a $50 USD cleaning fee is deducted from the deposit.
